Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Cozidea in Chalkida. Die Lage ist wirklich super – direkt am Meer und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür an der Straße. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und der Glasbalkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen.
Ein paar kleinere Dinge sind uns allerdings aufgefallen, die bei der ansonsten schönen Ausstattung nicht unbedingt sein müssten: An einigen Stellen blättert die Farbe ab, der Türgriff war etwas locker und im Bezug eines Stuhls war ein Riss.
Was man wissen sollte: Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig (Hund in der Nachbarwohnung war zu hören) und direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz mit Basketballfeld. Dort war gerade abends teilweise bis Mitternacht ziemlich viel los und entsprechend laut. Das lässt sich natürlich nicht wirklich ändern, sollte einem aber bewusst sein, wenn man eher Ruhe sucht.
Abgesehen davon hat uns die Unterkunft vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und der modernen Ausstattung gut gefallen. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Had everything we needed for our 2 week stay and was close to beaches, cafes and bars with sun on the balcony from sunrise til 11.00a.m Beautiful sunrise, comfortable apartment, helpful owners, easy check-in and out. Local shops for groceries and restaurants for meals out. Once I put away the things we were not going to use there was plenty of room for making drinks and snacks. Would love to stay again when I return to Chalkida
