Sehr modernes, geschmackvolles Apartment mit allem was man benötigt. Schöner kleiner Balkon, sehr stylisches Bad, zweckmäßige Küchenzeile und großes Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sehr gepflegtes Apartment und alles hat funktioniert. Zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zur Promenade, kostenloses Parken an der Seitenstraße (etwas steil, aber ok), war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alked war okay hier ein paar Anmerkungen: Der Eingang neben der Kfz-Werkstatt ist eher unscheinbar und nicht einladend. Das,Treppenhaus ist sehr düster und ohne Bodenbelag (also purer Estrich oder Beton). Der Aufzug sehr klein und aus den 70er Jahren, hat aber tadellos funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, wirkte aber sehr distanziert und bürokratisch. Wie erwähnt nur Infos dazu. Die Wohnung ist spitzenmäßig!

The apartment was very nice. Modernly furnished and decorated. It had all facilities needed and it was very clean. Also the communication with the owners was very good and the check-in instructions (getting the keys etc.) very detailed and clear.
Although there was an A/C in the bedroom it was hard to cool the living room and kitchen area. However we stayed on a very hot summer day so perhaps this is expected for very hot days. There was also an additional fan device so that helped.
