The easier question to ask is what didn’t we like! Everything about this hotel was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service we received from Klaus and Veronika was beyond anything we could have expected-genuinely friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming.
The included breakfast and snacks were delicious, and having a bar available (at an extra cost) was a great bonus. Our room was clean, tidy, warm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added use of the sauna and relaxation area was fantastic and the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk to both the ski lift and the town centre. Before booking, I was slightly worried after reading reviews about the distance to the ski lift, but it honestly wasn’t a problem at all. In fact, it was much closer than we expected.
We were genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of our trip and can’t wait to return one day with our extended family. This hotel truly felt like a home away from home.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations!
- the breakfast and the snacks were genuinely delicious
- rooms were spotless with a lovely interior - comfortable and well thought out
- the spa and relax zone were excellent, exactly what you need after a day on the slopes :)
- really nice location, around 5 min walking from the main lift
- staff was so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help!
- also, loved the proper ski room with everything you need to store and dry your gear
Would absolutely come back!!

Great breakfast, broad range of options.
Location, just a short walk to the Hahnenkamm lift.
Family run, and a very friendly helpful family.
Pillows could have been better, apart from that the whole experience was lovely.
