Location so very central to everything

Could use upgrade on new pillows. They were very flat. Options for pillows firmness The aircon we could not seem to get to work.

Terrible

Honestly completely blind sided as your location changes but only after you’ve paid, that’s false advertising. Also online it also says you are there until 5 but we got rushed and told if we didn’t get a response back within minutes we just couldn’t check in, was also quite rude when asked a few questions so we understood things better. Was not worth what we paid such a disappointment

Terrible communication, the room did not match the online pictures- won’t ever stay there again

The property is in a good location but that is the only thing that we liked

There was zero communication about leaving luggage before and after check in. There was a a text to ask when we were arriving and I advised it was earlier than check in. It hoped to store our luggage - a text came back with “perfect”, arrived and was told that you cannot store luggage there. When I finally got through to someone they advised we needed to bring the luggage to a completely different location which we needed to uber to to drop off luggage. They advised there was a lack of communication . The pool was out of action the first day and the spa didn’t work either. A terrible experience- we ended up leaving and staying elsewhere the second night. The pictures did not reflect the room we got and the bedding looked terrible nothing luxury about it at all.
