Very clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location, about 20mins walking distance from Kyoto main station. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous.
There could be a greater variety of bread during breakfast. We missed a bit of space in the room to open the second piece of luggage. A way to hang towels would be nice. Nonetheless, I would come back!

Room was good size , amenities provided exceeded expectations but a coffee machine would have been appreciated.
The lobby area was too utilitarian and the breakfast, while ample, was a little too Japanese.

Great location. Nice spacious rooms and beds. Good facilities. Lovely, friendly staff.
I'm not into the computer check-in and check-out; it misses the personal touch. Bring back humans.
