Welcome to our spacious, beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa in The Villages, perfectly located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. With a private heated pool, 4-person electric golf cart, fast Wi-Fi, bbq, and everything you need for a relaxing stay, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Prime Location:
Our villa is in a peaceful, established neighborhood surrounded by mature landscaping and beautiful trees, yet close to everything:
Spanish Springs: approximately 12 minutes by golf cart
Lake Sumter Landing: approximately 20 minutes by golf cart.
Savannah Center: just 3–5 minutes by golf cart.
First Responders Recreation Center: approximately 5–10 minutes by golf cart.
Golf courses, restaurants, shopping, bars, entertainment and groceries are all just 1–2 miles away.
Our 4-person golf cart makes exploring The Villages easy and fun. We also provide 24/7 roadside assistance coverage for added peace of mind.
This bright, open 1,500+ sq. ft. home sleeps 6 and has been refreshed with new furnishings, flooring, paint, appliances and linens.

The spacious open-concept living area features comfortable new furniture, a reclining chair, dining seating for 6–8, a 50" TV and DVD player.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The bright kitchen includes new cabinets and appliances, a dining table for 4, and everything you need to prepare meals, including a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils.
From the kitchen, step into the Florida room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying a view of the pool. The surrounding windows make this a wonderful space to enjoy much of the year.
Comfortable Bedrooms & Baths:
The king primary suite overlooks the pool and includes a 50" TV, ceiling fan, two dressers and two nightstands. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors, large and handheld showerheads, double vanity, large walk-in closet, linen closet and private toilet room.
Bedroom 2 features a double bed, ceiling fan, two dressers, two nightstands, spacious closet and 36" TV.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstand and good-sized closet.
The second bathroom includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination.
Private Heated Pool & Outdoor Space:
Relax beside our newly refinished private pool, heated for your enjoyment, beneath an 11-foot umbrella. The pool area includes:
Dining table with seating for 8.
Two comfortable lounge chairs.
Additional outdoor chairs and pool floats.
BBQ grill.
Completely fenced backyard for 100% privacy.

Pool heating surcharge applies November–February:
4–7 nights: $50
8–13 nights: $50
14–21 nights: $75
21+ nights: $100
No upfront security deposit is collected. Per the VRBO agreement, your payment method remains active during your stay for potential damages up to $500. Violations of the pet or smoking policies result in the full $500 charge, regardless of whether damage occurs.
The lease and golf cart waiver must be signed within 3 days of booking or the property may be re-listed.
A local, responsive property manager is available should you need assistance.
The landlord reserves the right to cancel the lease for violations of its terms.

The pool was wonderfully warm and the home very charming and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more of our stay in The Villages. It's a beautiful area with stunning golf courses and recreation facilities. A place to truly relax. Susan the local manager was very welcoming

Very well appointed, super clean, comfortable home with a nice pool. We were nervous about being so far north but the location turned out to be convenient for our needs. We really appreciate the opportunity to have rented this property for April ‘25 and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice to have private pool and use of golf cart. Be aware that a busy road backs up to the property. There were a few things that needed attention. Overall satisfied.
