Location is good, we did not have a breakfast option.
The lights were flickering, the shower tap leaks when you open the hot water side. I was given an iron that didn't work properly

The Place is neat, clean and easy to find. I was disappointed though, there were no tea, coffee and sugar, they gave us 1 sachet, and it was 2 of us with my husband. there was noice at the please, kindly right down to for people to keep noice down.

Did not eat breakfast.
1.the bed is not nice at all, it sinks as if it is dromedaries ship, especially in room 4, I slept in that room last year and the bed is still the same this year.
2.The shower water while you are still taking your shower, water changes from nowhere, you and up with cold water.
3.Please put proper tiles your shower tiles are slippery or buy Grip shower mat, a person can slip and break their neck
Please improve.
Please install a TV camera at your gate for safety of your reception area and as well as the customer, waiting at your gate for someone to come and open, that can course thugs coming in or getting hijacked you at the gate.
