Located in Princeville, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Hale moi condominiums lie in the heart of Princeville and right off of the legendary Prince golf course along with Hideaways beach and Hideaways restaurant, with an overlook into Hanalei Bay. Princeville is a private golf course community with other popular hotels like the St. Regis and the Westin resort inside the community gates . The town of Princeville offers nice features for locals and tourists, with a Shopping center, restaurants, gas station , and local bars close by, along with live entertainment throughout the week. Some of the nearby attractions are snorkeling, surfing , boat tours , beautiful hikes ect! This newly renovated studio offers AC, king size bed , wi fi , 52”smart tv along with cable TV and DVD player. This studio also offers different appliances such as; Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, medium sized fridge, cups, mugs and different cutlery. Unit is equipped with all linens including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers , snorkeling gear and boogie boards for guests. Please respect that this is a non smoking unit and any guest must smoke outside by parking lot. We also ask that you do not leave any alcoholic beverages in the fridge upon leaving. There are large trash bins outside in the parking lot 🙏 All guests have free parking outside of unit in any "permit" slots, and the parking pass is inside the unit. It must be placed inside of vehicle visably. PLEASE remember to return the prking pass to inside of unit upon leaving, as there is a $25- fee if lost. Also, be sure to never leave the keys inside unit upon leaving: replace keys immediately back into lock box after unlocking unit. Enjoy your stay and the beautiful island of Kauai . My husband and I stayed there for two nights. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and nice. Across of the street breathtaking views on the ocean and mountains. Also nice view from the balcony. Parking situation not ideal.

The accommodations were great for our stay in Hanalei. The property is set within Princeville and is within walking distance of the Hideaway Lookout which provides great views of the ocean, Hanalei, and the beautiful mountains beyond. The back deck looks out on a secluded wooded area complete with a few chickens for a wake up call. For those wanting to sleep in a bit, the sliding doors really blocked the sound. The only challenge we had was arriving a bit late and the darkness preventing us from easily identifying our unit (low numbers are on the east and increase towards the west) as well as the parking spot labels which were hard to read, especially at night. Fortunately it wasn’t crowded and the other folks were super easy going so it was really a non-issue. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife daughter and I stayed here for three nights until the rest of our family joined us in a larger place. This place is great for a short visit as it has all you really need. A bed, pullout couch, small fridge and microwave. I wouldn’t have stayed here any longer, as we like to cook our own meals, but it was great for what we needed.
The owner got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and allowed us to checkout two hours later, which was great for us and moving places.

The place is quite good. The studio is well decorated. Nice neighborhood too. Perfect for two, somewhat less so for three. We had a problem with bedding, but the manager resolved it quite efficiently, and we had a great time. Just note, that there is no full kitchenette, but with the fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a small set of dishware, minimal breakfast needs can be met.

Very good value for this condo in a very nice and green neighborhood. It is really great to be able to just walk from the condo to the beach. All in all we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here and would certainly like to come back.
Perhaps the numbers on the parking lot can be redone. We had sometimes difficulty finding the right parking space (both for this condo and for permit space.

Had a decent enough stay in Princeville. First, positives...
Princeville and Hanalei are great, quiet enclaves with cool local amenities, including easy access to outdoor adventures and beaches. The unit is just up the road from a beach and nearby Queen's Bath (currently closed). It was stocked for the most part
As far as cons, it's probably all personal preference...
The unit is essentially a studio apartment. I'm a relatively light sleeper, and there was a lot of light from the outside lights that came in through the front windows, and the AC unit was pretty noisy (but kind of a necessary evil considering how warm it was). Also, we asked for washcloths and it took a full day to get a response from the owner, and we didn't get the washcloths until the following day.
All that to say, no major complaints, but also for the money we spent I was hoping for more.

Took my first solo trip and this was the perf little spot for me. Really great if you’re just coming to sleep but still has good appliances if needed! Absolutely loved the back patio and that it was SO close to hideaways beach. Great that it had parking too.

The location of this place is perfect! Close to beaches and a 15 minutes drive to Hanalei. You will never get over the gorgeous mountains that surround the place. The air conditioning unit was a HUGE plus to have after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

When we got there the place hadn't been cleaned from previous renters. There were dirty bed sheets and trash, banana peels and pillows everywjere. We called the owner and he said he was going to refund me the cleaning fee. Then when the cleaning person came while we were at dinner he changed his tune and said since the cleaning person came he wasn't going to refund us. I'm guessing he thinks if he refunded us we were going to clean it ourself with no clean sheets or anything. It was nasty, my daughters first time in Hawaii and I had to convince her that it would be ok because she was disgusted like my wife and I were. The whole condo was kinda run down and dingy even after the cleaning, needs a new shower curtain and other things, how much money is a new shower curtain?? The area is nice but the parking is horrendous. You have nowhere to park if someone parks in your spot, I text the owner about our spot being taken and not having any of the guest parking spots available and he text me back 5 hours later. So all in all the place was pretty lackluster and the owner needs to keep his word, but after texting him about getting the cleaning fee refunded that he promised, he just stopped texting me and I guess just figures I'll go away and on to the next sucker.

My husband and I had a great time at this studio. It is just like as described online, plus clean, and quiet. It’s perfect for active couples who are out and about during the day and just need a quiet place to crash at night. The only issue we had was parking was extremely tight and had to call the property manager twice to find a spot. (Not ideal when you have a rental car and worried about it getting towed)
The location was fantastic and we spent the majority of our time exploring the north shore and surfing in Hanalei Bay. We would stay here again, and recommend future guests to do the same!

This property was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. The property manager went above and beyond making the space ready for my group. Check in and check out were a breeze. It was so nice having beach chairs and snorkel equipment included with the rental.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. It was private and quiet with beautiful lush green Mountain Views and enjoyed watching the geckos on the lanai. Unit was clean and functional with small refrigerator microwave and toaster oven and really appreciated the water cooler, what a great feature as you drink a lot of water on the islands.Also the owner was so kindly responsive to text; I came in late and my parking slot was taken, I contacted the owner with immediate response and instructions.Really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave.

Good place for active travelers who don’t spend much time in the room. My wife and I were up early and back after dark so not much time was spent in the room but it was good enough for what we needed. Great view, nice amenities. Cleanliness would be the only complaint as there looked to be bits of food behind/under the couch and what appeared to be mold growing on the shower curtain.

This lovely studio was exactly as described, and faces the fifth hole of the Makai golf course. Super comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Makai Grill and lots of nice places to walk to. No parking problems. We would need a bigger refrigerator and a sink for a longer stay, but for three days, it was just right. Highly recommended.

We had a super lovely time in this property for a week. The hosts Leslie and Michael were very accommodating and responsive to our needs with the property and we felt right at home. The location is fantastic, and close to Hideaway Beach, one of our favourites on the island. Thank you for a great stay!

My mom and I just came for a quick trip (2 nights) and this was the perfect unit for our stay!! The unit is spacious, clean, the AC works great, the view from the lanai is lovely (golf course and mountains), it was very quiet, the parking was really easy too. There were big bottles of shampoo/conditioner, sunscreens, hangers in the closet, some condiments by the microwave, a filtered water machine, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, it was the perfect little unit and I absolutely would book again.

The place was clean and had appropriate amenities. Biggest problem was a slow leak in the toilet tank which caused the water to refill frequently. And every time it did the toils made a loud, high pitched squeal; not great in the middle of the night when asleep and you think someone is screaming!

Tip: with the noisy A/C I'd move the bed away from the entry to the opposite wall with a nice view.

Great location in a beautiful area! The studio was very comfortable. Recommend walking to Queen's bath from there one day. The only downside is the parking can get full and your designated spot can be taken
