- 2 Living room/sitting areas with flat screen TVs and queen sleeper couches on 2nd and 3rd floors
-Full kitchen and dining area (2nd floor)
-Kitchenette with mini fridge (3rd floor)
-2 Full bathrooms, one on each floor
*As of March 4, 2024 Owl unit has been combined with Osprey unit to make a more spacious condo.

We rented this unit with another couple, they took the downstairs and we stayed upstairs. Shared their kitchen (with large fridge with good ice maker). Brewery next door is excellent (7th Sun). Hung by the pool for hours without sunblock due to the shade offered by the surrounding trees. Amazing birds flying all around the huge live oak next door. Walked the trail for sunset. What a view! The guys went fishing and we cooked it up. Perfect weekend away every time.

The condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We found the location was close to dining, shops and the very quaint downtown area, all within walking distance. One suggestion is to mark the edges of the outside steps for better visibility when walking down them to prevent falls. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We would certainly book this place again.
