About this apartment rental
Our Sea Breeze is the ideal Sterling Shores Destin studio. Take the time to explore our resort, as well as the amenities offered in our surrounding area and the miles and miles of pristine beaches. This property features not one but two dazzling pools. One 4300 square foot lagoon style resort pool with a large mushroom spray fountain; and a Gulf-front private Beach Club with a beachside pool, seasonally heated for residents and guests.

*Construction on the roof is occurring between May and August of 2026.
Kitchenette does not have a cooktop (Ideal for reheating leftovers and prepping light meals)
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Travelerโs Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Very clean! Very convenient to local eating and shops. Construction was going on that way a bit loud during the day. Beach access was very easy. Nice pool.

I used the door to the balcony twice and then it wouldn't open. I called for maintenance to check the balcony door. They called and said the door was tight and tried to explain how to open it up. I never could get it opened again. So I was only able to use the balcony twice the first morning of my stay. The toaster oven was inadequate for heating or cooking food and the room needs a higher quality one.
