The Space Located 1.3 miles from the 12 South neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.5 miles from Midtown (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.7 miles from The Gulch neighborhood (nightlife, restaurants, and shops), 1.6 miles to the Demonbreun Area (nightlife, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame), and 1.9 miles to Downtown/Lower Broadway a.k.a. “Honky Tonk Highway” (music venues and Bridgestone Arena), everything is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away. The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with a TV, a half bathroom, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. The upper level has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom with two beds also has a desk you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer with laundry detergent. This unit was recently redecorated! Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay.
