Didn't like that the dryer didn't work or the coffee maker,.but I was credited some money back for the lack of a dryer which was okay but the dryer still would have been preferred most definitely...

The beds could have been better! The soft no support beds need to go...I tried to put the middle support bracket I found in the closet back under the bed upstairs in the bedroom facing the water but it still was simply AWFUL to sleep in. That was even worse than the lack of a usable dryer..... If you replace the coffee maker with a good working one, Fix the dryer so it works, And change a few of the beds out for more supportive firmer ones that don't bow either it would be fabulous overall I'd say!!!!

I didn't know where trash went ,tv was hard to figure out ended up downloading netflix.

1) The size of the rental was nice. 2) The quiet neighborhood 3) The pool was nice

1) A/C did not work properly. Up to 77 at one point. Had to keep curtains and blinds closed and used minimal lighting to try to cool it off. A repair man from Vacasa came out on Monday before 5pm. He found a lot of leaks and duct taped what he could to try to help. He was pushing it through to an AC tech. The two upstairs bedrooms were entirely too hot. Not fixed before we left on Wednesday. 2) Stains on the bedspreads, one even looked like dry blood. 3) One bed in the bigger upstairs room had no sheets on it. 4) Ceiling fans had tons of dust on them and we had to clean all of them before turning them on. 5) Even with he minimal use of lights, we noticed a bulb burned out.
