PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options. Policies: 1. Check in is 3pm | Check out is 10am 2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. This condo is perfect for a couple or a party of 4. Very nicely decorated and clean. Great location and property is well maintained. Only suggestion is improvement on bath towels. They were very worn and need replacing.

The only thing I would change is please inform people they need to get a parking pass for the property and there is a cost. It’s not that much only $50.

Property was the cleanest we've been too. Staff was extremely friendly and communicated well. The condo was excellent - very tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back to vacation at this property again.

I love this place! This condo is so nice and the owners have really made this a home away from home. So many little extras that most condos don’t have. The only thing I wish they would change is the shower heads in the bathrooms, very weak water stream. We will be back!!!

We were thrilled that it was exactly what we expected. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary. It was the perfect little get away! My favorite spot was on patio watching dolphins early in the morning and drinking my coffee. I also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. It is so beautiful there with the white sand and gorgeous view of the ocean. We left our door open so we could listen the the crashing waves. Having the chairs and umbrella for the beach was a bonus! We will definitely return in the near future!

The condo has beautiful decor and comfortable furniture. Worst part of the rental is not specific to the unit but the fact that you can only park one vehicle onsite. To park an additional vehicle in an offsite overflow parking lot is very expensive. For that reason alone we won't return to this location. The condo unit needs more towels, each bathroom only has one hand towel, same with kitchen - one dishtowel. The guest room is very tight as the 2 beds fill the entire room's space so it is difficult to have luggage and navigate through the room.
Coffee nook is best part of the condo, very nice touch.

It was a gorgeous and comfortable stay! Perfect location on the beach and in the community. Short walk to the beach in the day and we could walk to dinner and shopping in the evening. Not too crowded or noisy!
The condo was filled with amenities! They provided beach gear, toiletries, laundry detergent and coffee. It was clean with great furnishing's and comfortable bedding. All you could ask for in a retreat! Best part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the dolphins, spectacular view!

Okay, we were completely blown away the moment we stepped into this condo!! It was COMPLETELY clean. All of the furnishings, fixtures, etc. were up to date and beautiful. We were provided with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms that we needed for a comfortable stay. The price of the condo was Worth It! The communication and response time was excellent when we had a concern (needed a new tv in bedroom and we got one). Even just answering my messages about my happiness about the place was quick😃. Then there's the AMAZING view. Perfect beach location!! Easy access to the beach... and chairs and umbrella provided if needed. Whew!! If any place could be perfect this place is. We hope to be able to come back again one day. Thank you so much!!❤️

We loved this cute comfy condo with direct beach access. It was stocked with all the necessities, and the location was perfect. We were a bit bummed that the pool was under construction, but we loved how close it was to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Personally, I don’t think the pics of this place do it justice. It was beautiful inside! The beach access and location were perfect. We enjoyed the pool and that it was open late enough (11pm) for us to come back from town and have a night time swim. We enjoyed how close it was to everything. We got to sit on our balcony and listen to the music from The Hangout. An unexpected perk was that there were vending machines in the lobby, but there was also an ice machine, which was so convenient! It was overall one of the best places I’ve stayed in Gulf Shores, and I would love to book again for future trips.

We had an amazing time staying at this incredible beach condo. The owners have done an exceptional job renovating and decorating to make you feel like you are staying in your own beach house! We had a minor need with bedding and were able to contact the house and get it resolves immediately. The condo has everything you need and more!
The views from the balcony are incredible and we were able to see dolphins each day while enjoying our coffee or drinks. When we come to stay at the gulf again, this will be our first choice. Thank you!

Would Stay Here Again
Beautiful Condo! GORGEOUS VIEWS! My husband and our two daughters (8 and 10) stayed here for 4 nights. The girls are already begging to go back! I am a little more used to staying in a townhouse or beach house, but I wanted to give condos a try. This one is absolutely lovely. Personally, I prefer a quieter beach, but this location was not as crowded as some of the areas in front of really huge condos. Probab

The pictures online do not do it justice. It is truly so beautiful in person. It was the perfect size for our family of 3 and had extra room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils, bowls, pots and pans, cutting boards and a very good knife set, that all made preparing our small thanksgiving feast away from home a breeze. I did bring my own roasting pan and small casserole dishes, but everything else that was needed was found already in the condo. Being on the fourth floor we often sat with the balcony door open to hear the ocean waves crashing as we enjoyed a meal at the table just inside. All of the updates on this unit were perfect and we will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described....maybe better! The decor was so bright and "beachy", it just makes you feel so happy. This condo has everything you could ever need and then some. The coffee bar was a nice touch. I have stayed in a similar unit at this location before and must say I noticed several updates around the property that are really nice. I will be back soon! This location is the best!
