They are very attentive to my needs. The house is clean and provides all house hold needs and everything i need for cooking and cleaning was available. Trash is easy access. The beach is close by and lots of food and shopping experience.
Additional dresser in the main room for extra clothing storage. We took a dresser from the room to put in the living room for the people sleeping on the couch bed to have their clothes accessed. And to give the ones in the bedroom their privacy as well.

Sea Colony is a great community with lots of activities and the tram is fantastic.
The property hasn’t been updated in several years. Many lamps didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable.

This was a great small community. It had private beach not that far away.
The pools on the side where we stayed closed way too early.
