I picked up my welcome packet from the most lovely ladies at the front desk. They were kind and knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
The mandatory "amenities fee" charged by Sea Colony was off-putting. Especially considering I visited in the off season when some of those amenities were unavailable. Amenities should be optional. Not mandatory.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What we loved the most was the location—it was so close to the beach, which made everything very convenient. The area was peaceful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. Overall, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful area
When we first got there we couldn’t get into our apartment. The lock wouldn’t open. We had to go back to the office twice and then sent a maintenance man and he fixed and put new batteries in the lock . It was hard to open. Other than that…it was nice

Location was excellent, staff were so nice, unit spacious
The back patio was not cleaned and a mess, the table outside was falling apart and held together with duct tape. Back patio set must be replaced immediately.
