Great location, close to many convenient stores (Pharmacy, Dunkin' coffee, mini shopping mall, miniature golf, restaurants and of course the private beach) all within walking distance or you can take the community Tram. The management company was very attentive and prompt with any questions we had, even late at night (@ 11:30PM). Layout of the place is great because you can separate the bunch into who can sleep in the upper bedroom / loft area and who can sleep in the main floor bedroom / living room. Kitchen is a good size and fairly updated.
The place was clean and upon arrival, you get that "Wow" reaction from my family, because the place is great overall!!! I'm a DIYer so I was able to figure out the fan controls, even though the switches are labeled. However, I do have a suggestion to the owner, after a day, you realize all the plumbing (faucets, shower head and drains) in the bathrooms need some TLC. The shower head pipe wasn't attached and was able to go in and out the wall. No stopper in either of the bathroom sinks, the water was sputtering out one of the dated sink faucet because there isn't any aerator on the end, the pipes under the sink cabinet display signs of rust or many water problems patched up in the past. Also, the carpet just outside the bathroom sink area was wet / damp from some apparent leak or water intrusion, but baffling, because there weren't any signs of water from the surrounding areas. The laundry area had a dry floor and no one had spilled water on the floor, which goes back to the plumbing. Maybe there is under floor leak that's not visible to the eye at a glance. I would only be concerned with mold building up.

The location is great, the staff was friendly.
Unit was not very clean. Upon arrival, my husband and I had to clean several things ourselves, including wiping down the tubs in the bathrooms, surfaces in the kitchen and living room, and scrubbing the disgusting coffee pot. For the amount of money we paid, I definitely expected a higher level of cleanliness.
