About this villa rental
The spacious villa “Vivienda Vacacional Sara” is located on the outskirts of Tetir and impresses guests with its excellent outdoor area and beautiful mountain view. The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with one double bed and one single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, a fireplace and cable television. A baby cot, a highchair as well as children’s books and toys can be provided upon request. Furthermore, the villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a pool with a shallow section for children. There is also a table tennis table, a trampoline, a football court and a basketball court on the property. Footballs and basketballs are provided. Due to its rural location, it is recommended to rent a car to get around the area. There is also no public transport available in the immediate vicinity. In approximately 7 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Tetir where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the nearest supermarket. The small fishing village, Puerto Lajas, is located a 21-minute drive from the property (16 km) where you find will the nearest pebble and sandy beach, Playa Las Lajas.

Pros: Huge swimming pool and plenty of things for the kids to play with in the games room. Nice quiet and secure location with gate so the kids can run around freely. Hosts were lovely and cleaned the pool/outside area midway throughout holiday. Hot tub was lovely. Plenty of utensils/plates etc in the kitchen for use. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year already!

We had the best time! The facilities were great, everything you needed! More than we expected!
Dolly and family were lovely, helped with check in, brought our washing in when we left it out and there was rain, directed us to a local craft fair taking place during our stay.
We can’t wait to come back, we genuinely didn’t want to leave
