With no one above you, this top floor unit, enjoys the best views of the lighthouse on the tip of Cape Cod and the Provincetown Monument- not to mention spectacular sunsets from your private deck! Enjoy your exclusive beach and lounge chairs, and feel free to wonder down to the common area and grill up your next dinner. The spacious first bedroom, overlooking the dunes and Pilgrim Lake, offers a high-end extremely comfortable queen bed and trundle bed which can be used as a king or two twins. Please enjoy your private full bathroom. Wake to water views from the master bedroom which offers a luxiourious queen bed with an en suite gorgeous new designer bathroom. - property was as pictured/ described
- location was right on beach and very convenient to Ptown
- the beds were comfortable
Cons-
- communication- I tried contacting the property mgr weeks in advance with questions and did not get a response until right before our stay. It made me nervous he was going to ghost our reservation. Once there he became responsive.
- cleanliness- when we arrived there was sand on the floor from the last guests and a dish towel and sponge that SMELLED AWFUL. They clearly had not been replaced in a long time. The only bath tub was also missing a drain plug which was problematic with little kids.
- Deferred maintenance- it was our impression that guests were relied upon to bring attention to items that needed to be fixed. For this price point, we would expect proactive maintenance by the mgr and the condo to be in pristine condition. We ended up having to clean air filters for the ac units, replace batteries in most remote controls, and faucets were lose in kitchen/ bathroom.
We will not be returning to this unit as we have stayed in better in Truro. We prefer to have our vacation units to be turn key at this price point. This place was not terrible, it just wasn’t for us.

We were so comfortable here - stayed 4 nights including the 4th of July. Loved the location being so close to Ptown and near some of our favorite places in Wellfleet. We could see some of the Ptown fireworks from the deck - only the foggy/cloudy sky was in our way. Could also see several other fireworks displays off in the distance each night. The ever-changing beach was amazing as the tides rolled in and out. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The first unit was easy to find and enter. It was well appointed and very clean. It was quiet in that area. The view was very nice. We would stay there again.

Great location and loved being on the beach. Kitchen could use a few more basics, only spices we could locate were salt and pepper and we set the smoke detector off attempting to use the toaster! Wish we knew we needed to bring our own garbage bags and dish soap. Condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

5 friends and I rented this place. It’s very nice, clean and seems well thought out. We enjoyed ourselves, walking, enjoying the sun and water, and just spending time together. The bus makes it easy to go to Provincetown, and that’s a really fun place to go. We really had a nice week here!

Amazing Views, Great Place to Stay!
We had a great time at Keith’s place. He was so helpful with all of my questions and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. It was extremely hot in Cape Cod when we went in the air conditioners were terrific in each room. The place is quite convenient, especially for those wanting to spend time in Provincetown. It’s less than a five minute drive to all the shops and restaurants.

Tranquility at last
Location is perfect. Apartment is renovated and clean with everything you need to cook and spend the day at home enjoying the beach out front or exploring the local restaurants and shops all within 10 minutes. Beds are comfortable. Convenient setup and beautiful view! Will return again

Quiet stay with phenomenal view
Spacious condo a few steps away from the beach. Loved the view and it’s convenient location- about an 8 minute drive to Provincetown. The area was so quiet and relaxing and we loved sitting on the large balcony- and even at night it was a treat for stargazing. Spacious for a family a stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in North Truro/Provincetown. We kept saying how grateful we were that I found this place.

Eloping on the Cape
We have been going to the Truro/P-town area on Labor Day weekend as a new couple for the past few years. We love it there so much we decided to get married. The accommodations were beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect for our special weekend. Thanks Keith!

GORGEOUS condo
We LOVED our time here. North Truro is extremely close to the main drag in Provincetown, but far enough away to enjoy some private time by the beach. Keith was prompt when we had questions and extremely easy to work with. We had an amazing time and will absolutely go back!

The place was clean and fresh, the beach was not crowded and we were able to rent kayaks to be delivered right to us. We scheduled a vacation within our road trip vacation, and this was the perfect spot for some R & R. The property is located right on the beach- there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the waves! Traveling with two teenagers can be challenging, but they enjoyed having some space in the beach house and having fun on the beach. Keith is a great host and checked in with us via text frequently. I highly recommend staying at this location!

Property looks just like the pictures. Great location. A bike ride or a short drive to Commercial Street. Water views are beautiful. Only complaint would be the bed could be more comfortable. Aside from that it was wonderful.
