Lack of flexibility in terms of check in time

The staff who delivered the silverware were extremely kind, nice and helpful.

When I had to call the host for silverware after messaging and texting them they were unfriendly.

Clean, modern accommodations and perfect location for me.

We liked Prince of Whales and it was fun but it's also a little odd. While the cottages are cute we almost felt like they were furnished by AI without any care to how people actually live. For example, there is a super cute shower curtain with phases of the moon on a black background but the shower is tiny and dark so the black shower curtain makes the shower super dark. Or there is only one hook so drying towels is almost impossible. Or they give you a ton of cooking utensils in cute large ceramic crocks but then there is no space on the counter but no ice trays or can opener. Or there is only one blanket so if you are cold you stay cold. Or only one bedside table/light despite plenty of space. None of these things are deal breakers and it is cute and nice enough. So again, it's cute just a little awkward.
