Situated in Los Altos Hills, this attractive bed and breakfast for $1,200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. One of the kind Entertainment BAR/Guesthouse facility in a most prestigious part of Los Altos Hills. Great view over Bay Area. Has indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space comprise of large lighted decks and unique builtin professional style lighted bar with 80" HD TV (can be controlled via Chromecast - your content, like presentations or video) Can easily accommodate 60 or so people. Full featured modern kitchen facility with commercial coffee system. Designed for various entertainment events. Huge private property on the hill, over 2 acres total area, no visual from neighbors. Complete privacy, excluding main house (not a part of this rental). This is the rental for BAR/GUESTHOUSE/DECK. Total is about 2000sf of decks. 600sf kitchen , covered bar area - about 700sf. This facility primary use is for an event/parties, like birthday. wedding, project presentation and etc. Not designed for staying over as a regular house. No beds (we can provide one inflatable if really needed!) Not designed for sleep in, although 2 people can sleep if needed on INFLATABLE BED (not very comfortable!) We have about 34 of modern high end stackable outdoor chairs if needed (these much better than standard ones ). There is some remodeling going on next to decks - pathway improvement. We have add on to your reservation if needed (OPTIONAL - NOT INCLUDED): - Coffee (American / Cappuccino) , $0.89 or $3.99 respectively - Laser Light Show - 4 professional lasers system projecting moving images and forms to floor and trees/building to have club like atmosphere, $200 for 2 hours - Spark Effect machine (up to two), per hour, 1 oz of powder , $249 - Space heaters (up to 3) - free to use with your tank or $49 per tank from us Garbage removal. You will need to get all disposable and garbage removal yourself or by your crew - meaning to collect all garbage, put in in bags and REMOVE from property. We do not have commercial garbage dumpster. Any garbage removal from property by our crew is $85 per hour plus hauling/dump fee Sound level must be maintained at RESIDENTIAL level. This is not a club or disco. Normal residential level is about TV on high setting. We do not allow any DJ type of equipment or sound systems as it is violates City noise policy. No noise after 10pm is permitted. Only normal voice talk (no singing/shouting and such after 10pm). No use of Sauna/BBQ system is included with this reservation (can be arranged with special deposit and extra large fee for use/cleanup). Not designed for overnight sleeping - no beds. We can provide one inflatable bed if needed.

We had similar experince as other reviewer. Rented place is good, but cant forget the way host treated us in demeaning manner. He kept coming and checking too frequently on us. Felt like we were being watched every minute. His rude way of communication made things worst. Apart from the host, place is good. Would definitely avoid renting it in future considering the host’s rudeness.

Micromanaging Host

The main area of the rental area is beautiful. That is the only thing good about this space. The host was an extreme micro-manager & obviously extremely uncomfortable with renting the space. I only had 12 people out of 60 that the space provides for, I fully disclosed this would be a few teenagers & their parents for their graduation dinner and one family had a 4 year old. This was disclosed to the host during a mandated call prior to checkin. This rental situation clearly made the host very uncomfortable as on the call he repeated the rules 3 times & exclaimed again and again that we were not his "typical renters" & he refused a request allowing the parents of the 4 year old to set up a small napping tent. Upon arrival there was construction going on with hoses & construction equipment laying around & the pathway to the space was marked with orange construction spray paint & yellow caution tape. I met the owner who was immediately extremely uncomfortable having the 4 year old there. He repeated again and again that we didn't "look like" his regular renters. He made sure to tell us how expensive everything was and that he likes to watch his guests & everything they do closely, clearly stating that we would be monitored & recorded every second by the 30+ video cameras around the property. This was extremely creepy & made the entire group very anxious that they would inadvertently do something wrong that angered the host. The listing stated there was a refrigerator, but this did not work & we were told that we should go get ice & use the ice chest. So members of the party had to leave the party & go to 5 different stores to find ice as many were out, clearly the expectation was that all features in the listing would be operational so all members of the party could be able to stay at the party. Our experience definitely fell into the bucket of great listing with poor execution.

Amazing

The photos do not do justice to how amazing the place was. I had a gathering for my 30th Birthday. Like any person hosting their place, you need to respect the rules. I suggest you have your guests carpool as much as possible. This is also not the place to be obnoxiously loud. The owner allowed me to stream music from the TV and showed me how loud it can be (which was pretty loud) and I didn't have to go that high. All loud noise had to be cut off at 10pm and were still able to talk/chat at an appropriate level. I was able to stream all my favorite music videos, use the amazing lighting system, the kitchen and still have an amazing party that did not have to carry over late into the night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE (except ones that can't follow the rules responsibly)
