Studio room was comfortable with a nice layout. Good location right on the beach.
Housekeeping NEVER came despite me telling the front desk staff after our 2nd night and being told they would definitely come after the 2nd night of our stay. I had to ask for clean towels, supplies, toiletries...Breakfast was the same thing EVERYDAY...scrambled eggs, turkey or chicken sausage, pork sausage, pancakes or biscuits, make your own waffles...etc. The oatmeal was clumpy, the meat didn't change, never any bacon, bananas were green. Nothing to rave about, definitely needs improvement! The pool was not heated and the "hot" tub/jacuzzi was merely warm. For the price point of this hotel, they need to improve!
