The location was great and the staff was very friendly
Valet service takes too long

Parking was great. The valet gave us a cart to roll our luggage into the hotel, which was a huge help. Our check-in clerk was so sweet. she welcomed us and had some suggestions for dinner as it was our first time in Savannah. Shout out to Desha, who was working the desk and checked us out. She gave us directions that were perfect, made some excellent dinner recommendations, and was very pleasant. Our loft was clean and well laid out. We would definitely stay there again.
You can't improve on perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We're already planning a return visit!

The location was perfect to walk throughout Savannah. I loved the extra security requiring you to enter the facility and the layout of the room was very nice.
My room was decently clean, but the halls and elevators were filthy.

We liked the lobby area
We were there from Thursday to Monday and our room was cleaned once kind of. The person came and brought 2 towels for 3 people. Made only one of the beds. We ran out of toilet paper. Sunday night while watching a movie someone opened the door to our room. There is also no breakfast unless you buy it.
