Beautiful place. Nice large room. Great shower
Breakfast was not good. Burnt omelet. Chaotic, but nice staff trying to make sure everyone was charged for the 16.95 sub par Breakfast. Signs in the room explain how to order room service but lady at desk said they dont offer that. Never was told there was a $25 parking fee. Saw it after I looked at my emailed receipt. Odd for such a small hotel.

Clean well appointed good location
Parking was 25.00 for hotel quests. I understand charging when the parking is limited like the hotels by the river. But There was plenty of parking in this lot. Also breakfast was confusing. They had Free breakfast but u had to ask for a voucher and then sign a bill which was for $33 for a buffet. They said there was no charge but u had to sign a bill so they could keep up with what was eaten. Just weird.

We spent 2 comfortable nights in the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably spacious. It's an easy walk to restaurants and activities. Note that if you're sensitive to noise, the rooms on the main road get some traffic noise starting in the early morning.
Charging $25 a night park is ridiculous. This isn't a dense urban area like NYC or downtown Atlanta.

Location being near downtown
Had to pay for parking and breakfast. Fridge didn't work the first day in the room.
