Breakfast and the people were nice with clean facilities

No coffee maker was in the room! The only time in ANY hotel I ever stayed that there was no coffee maker in the room.

It was brand new and breakfast was amazing
Running up and down the hall, BUT it was the night of the first men’s American World Cup game so forgivable.

Decent variety, clean area, plenty of seating.
The scrambled eggs were visibly burnt and dry. The whole milk cartons in the cooler were 3 days out of date. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. The type of coffee machine in the lobby made strong bitter coffee. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. One person has to wait on the other to finish in the bathroom in order to use it. No hooks or towel bar in reaching distance to the shower.
