Service animals require proof of vaccination, check up w/in the last 30 days and letter from licensed medical or mental health provider. Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home. Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor. A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals. Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent. Violations of the Service Animal policy will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.
