FIRST LEVEL: Four colorful bedrooms with two full baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the ocean side providing gorgeous views; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full / queen size bed underneath. If needed, three of the bedrooms on this floor have desks for working, reading or virtual school. SECOND LEVEL: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors opening up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a large sofa with chaise lounge, additional sofa, and chairs to relax watching the new flat screen smart TV, and DVD player. In addition, the living room has a table for games / puzzles. The kitchen has a table that seats eight, a bar area for seating four people and all steel appliances.
