Situated in Estero Island, this attractive house for $497 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Top Reasons To Book: * Private Pool and Fabulous Outdoor Living Space with Dining Area and Grill * 5BR Home with Plenty of Room to Spread out and Relax * Fantastic Kitchen, Top of the Line Appliances * Short Walk to the Beach Key Lime Villa offers 2 floors of tropical decor and great, open and airy living space. The first floor up has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a lovely porch outside with comfy seating. The top floor has an open concept living, dining room and fantastic kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances and granite counters. A bedroom/den off of the living room offers additional sleeping , TV and media area for computer work or just relaxing. Six TV's throughout the home . A great screened lanai is adjacent to the living room where you can sit and enjoy a quiet moment. The sunny, south facing pool has a screened lanai with outdoor dining Pool 11` x 25 This is a house you will want to come back to every year. Central AC/Heat and a 2 minute walk to the beach. DOGS UNDER 30 POUNDS ONLY A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Overall our experience was good! The location is so close to the beach, it is a very short walk. The main kitchen area is perfect for gathering. The rental company was very responsive, kind & thoughtful. There were 8 of us celebrating our 50th birthdays & they had a birthday cake in the fridge for us. The concern was we had a small bug problem in the Master bathroom. We had several small bugs all over the windows & bathtub/shower upon arrival. We had a larger bug the first night in the bathtub/shower. On the 2nd day we were there, one of my friends was showering & a very large bug we think cockroach, somehow entered her shower. It was dead. The water wasn’t draining & it floated around with her. The maintenance was there to help fix the TV & he sprayed & we did not have any other problems. He was very kind & fixed the drain as well. Overall great place.

Big beautiful roomy house. The pool was perfect for our needs. My only complaint would be the grill. We planned on grilling alot but couldn't because the grill is outdated and the burners are shot.

The beach is only a walk of 2 to 3 blocks away. The house is large and clean. The master suite is huge. The other bedrooms are smaller but the shared bathroom downstairs has a huge tub. Theres a 3rd bathroom in the laundry area upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.

The location of this property is perfect! So convenient to the beach and overall a quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness was less than desired. This house needed a good scrub down. The manager was wonderful about getting us a new beach wagon due to ours being broken!

Great place to stay
We loved staying here! There was plenty of room, the house was clean, and it was a quick walk to the beach across the street. The property manager was GREAT. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond. A big storm had blown through right before we arrived, and it left lots of debris in the pool. We were going to try to clean it out ourselves, but it was just too much. The property manager sent someone right away to clean out the pool for us. I couldn't believe how quickly they helped us out! We would go back.
