Very nice apartment and good location. We arrived Vienna earlier than the check in time, but customer service allowed us in the apartment earlier and made sure to inform us as soon as the place became ready.
There were no basic supplies provided, such as paper towels , coffee/tea, toiletries (shampoo/soap), laundry soap.

The location of the property is extremely good. right at the centre and easy to commute to all the main attractions. The house is big as well with dishwasher.
Basic amenities were missing. The whole point of choosing an apartment with kitchen is to have the comfort of cooking your meal but if you are to buy salt, sugar, pepper, oil then the point is lost. We had one of the worst sleeps due to heat. We were there during the heatwave and there was no fan provided which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. And lastly, the sofa cum bed is so oddly shaped that it’s tough to accommodate two people there.
