Awesome property in heart of Isle of Palms. Right on the beach, easy walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. The condo has large rooms and bathrooms to meet the needs of our family.

The view from the huge balcony terrace, the location to everything IOP has to offer, not sure there is a better spot to stay if you are planning a trip. You are in the heart of everything. Everything is exactly as described, and all photos are exactly what you get. Obviously professionally cleaned and prepared. Easy access to the unit from the main strip and a quick, private walk to the beach. So much to do, wish we had stayed a week to experience it all. Restaurants and bars are steps away. Quick uber to anything in Charleston, Sullivans Island, etc. Hot water, good pressure, and great AC when you are ready to come back from the beach and cool off. Plenty of cookware, and lots of comfy seating to lounge if you are inclined. Several beach chairs, towels, etc. as well. A true HOME, ready for guests.Meg was quick with communication and booking, even messaged a couple times during the trip - which was great.If you are on the fence, don’t be. Book it!

Perfect beach view!! Very comfortable balcony furniture!!Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shops. The condo was furnished with everything we would need, beds were comfortable, all was very clean. We would definitely stay here again! Owner was available to answer any questions!

My family and I have been visiting Isle of Palms for the past 8 years. This property was the culmination of all we could ever ask for. It had the location everyone desires, combined with the care and comfort that we have NEVER found with such a location. We have always found that the better cared for/nicer properties are further from the beach, but this apartment finally proved us wrong. It is INCREDIBLY spacious, looked after and taken care of as if the owners live in it full time. It's IMMACULATELY clean, great decor, bookshelf of excellent books (if you don't have a family with you and have time to read!) I could sit here all day writing positive things about this place, but I do so reluctantly, as I'd rather no one else ever knew it existed! Truly the pearl of properties in the Isle of Palms
