Very clean and quiet place to stay. Nice getaway for a few days for our anniversary. The ocean view was amazing. Would definitely consider staying at this place again.

My mom and I stayed at this property and it was our first time visiting Gulf Shores. We had the best vacation and largely due to the ideal location of this property with beautiful beach views. We were able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Short walk to beach. Small store across the street where you can buy anything your forgot. Easy codes to remember for access to the condo and beach. Quick walk to town and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

We had an amazing vacation. Very relaxing and the condo was wonderful and the location is superb! This was our first vaction in 9 years just the two of us! We will definitely want to stay again. The booking process was so easy! Thanks to everyone involved. We had a great time!

We just spent a week at Gulf Shores for the first time and we really enjoyed our stay and the condo was wonderful. Location was great!

Property was well maintained but being in the trades I certainly noticed flaws that I would not allow to happen on my buildings both inside and out. I think there will be tremendous amounts of upkeep as the building ages and I don’t think I would buy a unit in this building.

Listing is very accurate. Quite new and clean. Very conveniently located. Owner was quick to respond. Definitely going to return to the same property.

The location of Jason’s condo was perfect!!! The size was just what we needed for our family of four. We used the kitchen, which has a great layout, for breakfast, packing coolers for the beach, and cooking a couple of evening meals. We loved using the beach service and parasailing nearby (literally right outside the condo!) Even the pool was great! When we went out, we enjoyed The Hangout and Playa at Orange Beach and would recommend them both. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and even dolphins can be seen from the balcony! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great location with easy access to the beach.

Our family had the most WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful condo! We came with our sons, 12 & 13. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the condo is tastefully decorated. We all loved being steps away from the beach, the incredible views of the ocean and beach right from our private balcony- where we even saw dolphins daily!! We also enjoyed being close but not right in the hub of the local shops and eateries. Jason was an outstanding host! He was extremely easy to communicate with, promptly replied to any questions or concerns we had both before and during our stay, and even gave several helpful recommendations for our family to further ensure a wonderful stay, all of which we enjoyed very much! If you’re looking for a beautiful, family friendly, clean and comfy condo with incredible views steps away from a beach away from the big crowds, then this IS the place for you! We’re already planning our next stay!! 😎🌊❤️✌️

Had a wonderful trip. The condo was clean and had everything needed. Balcony view of beach was beautiful. The only thing about the trip was the cleanliness of the pool. Needs a good cleaning, especially the top of tiles needed scrubbing (black). No complaints on the unit or beach! Great trip!!

We very mucb enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass 303! There is still construction going on, but it didn't affect anything about our stay. We woke up to the best ocean view every morning and were directly on the beach! It was very nice to walk back and forth from the beach to condo. The condo was also very clean decorated very well. We would definitely stay again!!

The stay here was lovely. It’s a beautiful condo, and since the complex is small, the beach was less crowded. Jason as well as the management company we’re a breeze to work with.

Sea Glass is the best condo on the Beach. Unit 303 is awesome. Clean. Convenient. Comfortable. You name it. Just simply the best . I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great value for the price.

Second time staying here in last 12 months. VRBO is perfectly located near everything and Jason is very quick to respond to any messages. Construction is still going on and even though the pool was open, is wasn't really usable due to lots of material and machines extending overhead across the area. Lots of dust too on the property but I guess that is expected with the major construction going on. Overall it was a great weekend and would consider staying here again!

We had a great time! Jason was great to work with, allowing me to change our stay because of a surgery. It's a lovely condo with a beautiful view. I think I could live on the balcony! Would definitely choose again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful with the best view of the ocean! Everything was very clean which we were very thankful for. The only downside was the construction going on right outside the condo, but we weren’t inside enough to have any major complaints about it! We loved the access to the beach and it wasn’t super crowded. We were able to fully relax the whole week! Thanks for an amazing condo!

Second stay beach front at Seaglass. Very nice property. Have stayed a total of 91 nights. Excellent beach out front. Close to the town center - easy walk. Would stay again. For you older beachgoers, it is a step up bathtub shower. Also there is no security at the property - random people park in the lot to use the beach. Parking is the down side of this property by the way - very tight spaces. Also people from the neighboring property come over to use the hot tub. Great beach front balcony, very large rooms. Plenty of hot water. You'll enjoy your stay.

Nice condo but the complex is under construction and the pool was closed. Outside faucet and beach shower is broken. There were nails and construction debris in the hot tub.

Very nice and roomy condo. All the furnishings were comfortable and worked properly. The owner was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly. I recommend this property.

Very nice and clean condo. Location was great, easy access to restaurants and shops. A bit noisy during the day due to construction of the next phase but that will be gone soon. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super cute condo right on the beach. The place was very clean and has everything you need. Views are spectacular. We will be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this new, clean condo directly on the beach. The condo is lovely. Our check-in was easy and the owner's communication was great . The only downside was noise - from current construction (which was clearly communicated by the owner) and from the surrounding units/walkway. We could hear a lot of foot traffic in the unit above us, and foot traffic on the walkway outside the unit. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms, which do help somewhat. FYI - construction crew hours while we were there were 9a-5:30p Thursday, 7:30a-6p Friday and no construction on Sat/Sun. I'm sure they vary week to week.
