In a lovely quiet location it is walking distance to everything.
It felt like a home… lots of space.
Great living kitchen and veranda areas.
Bedroom big and plenty of cupboard space.
Opening the windows air flows through the home.
Nothing to dislike…
But a suggestion instead of a ensuite on main level. Maybe revamp into a twin entrance bathroom?

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the town centre, the river & ferry wharf.
It was very spacious.
Could have done with a tea pot & dustpan & brush. Also, it would be worth mentioning taking tea towels/hand towel as well as linen.

The rooms are really big and spacious. Kitchen is big. Outdoor balcony is big and loungeroom.
Small tv in loungeroom and cockroaches were coming out of the dishwasher.
