Han estat molt amables. Les instalacions son modernes I acollidores i la comoditat I neteja insuperables. Habitaciones elegantes I confortables amb tot luxe de detalls. És al centre d'Olot per tant vam poder accedir a qualsevol lloc de la ciutat a peu. Recomanable 100%

Muy buen hotel: limpio, céntrico, todo el personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico, zona común de huéspedes con otra tele (aunque las habitaciones también tienen tv), juegos de mesa, muñecos,..., nevera para poder dejar bebidas y/o comida y máquina expendedora de bebidas (incluida máquina de café) y comidas (chuches, patatas, galletas,...). Las habitaciones con camas muy cómodas y extragrandes, el gel y champú que tienen huelen muy bien. Tienes a tu disposición platos, vasos, cubiertos y microondas por si quieres cenar o picar algo en el hotel. Cerca hay restaurantes muy buenos y ellos te aconsejan donde comer y sitios para visitar.

Lovely owners and staff, good location. Very nice to have use of fridge, microwave and breakfast room to eat our own dinner. Also suggested free places to park which were safe and convenient.

Very nice to be able to use dining area to eat our own dinner, using plates and microwave. Pillow was too firm for me but they have softer ones if you ask. Lovely hosts who gave good hiking and touring suggestions. Everyone very pleasant and helpful. Very good location.

Very modern and stylish hotel in the small town of Olot. Clean and cozy. Staff very friendly. We had our bikes and they have a safe place for it. All good!

The host, Susana was very kind and friendly. She made our stay special. The rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff doing their job very well. The location is excellent, situated in the city center near shops and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable.

The staff was really nice, the room cosy and clean, the location was great and there was lots of choice for the breakfast.

If I had to mention one thing that I didn't like much, I would say the pillow. It was too thick and hard for me.

A good central location for exploring Olot. Although central, it was very quiet. The very helpful and cheerful staff made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was not included, but was 10Euro per person with all you needed. Use of a kitchen area for own food preparation or eating take-aways was an unexpected facility Very modern and clean with an efficient air conditioning system and eco products. Would stay again.

just what a small hotel needs: a big bed, good bathroom. clean, quiet and nice. The wifi was good and stable as well. The breakfast is simple but for 10€ just right.

I think there should be a safe in every hotel room. It is a pity not so many hotels have it.

we were in Olot for the September festival. the hotel is off an unattractive alley, has few amenities and very small rooms. but for our purpose this place was perfect. first its location is excellent, you can walk a very short distance to wherever you need to go never moving your car. second, it has superb sound insulation from the outside, and while the festival produces significant noise until 0300-0400 am, you don’t hear it. third it is very clean. I would like to also recommend the small but exceptionally friendly staff. they go out of their way to be helpful whatever you need (including finding parking solutions to our large suv which couldn’t enter the regular - very tight - parking).

The new building, room was nice size, bathroom as well. If only the AC worked! Breakfast was nice and plentiful, and learned how to make Coco Pan. The parking was a squeeze for a Toyota Sienna, but was able to make it inside and out without a scratch.

AC didn't work. It did have a fan, just no cold air.

The hotel is an efficiently run place to stay, the breakfast was very good and the staff were always on hand to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and felt very welcome, definitely a place we will return to. Some really good places to eat very close.

I liked the location of the hotel - it was within walking distance of many sights, stores, restaurants, and cafes. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I liked having the ability to have 3 people in a room with the 2nd bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent - I really appreciated the option of gluten free bread (delicious) and oat milk.

The room was a little small, but worked for us as we spent most of our time exploring the area.
