Nice and Safe Neighborhood

Location is good, safe, close to restaurants, airport. The property was nice and clean. Cute Spanish style room.

Pillows were too high and hard; definitely need to be replaced. Mattress a little too firm; not comfortable.

Quiet residential area, but still close to lively Calle Ocho.

The location was very good regarding to Calle Ocho with restaurants, cafe's, and the life of Little Havana. The area just around the house is quiet. There are buses going on reguarly basis to downtown Miami from Calle Ocho. There is free transport to downtown Miami if you like go by trolley-buses from Calle Ocho.

It's quite long distance to the beaches, like Miami Beach.

Disappointing

Location was very good. Little Havana is nice place and I feel very safe in the neighborhood. We found parking even in late hours but be careful, don't park under the palm! It broke our trunk, when the nut falls

I don't like that we stayed in something like garage, it wasn't good marked and when we came in the night it was harder to find. Noone told us, that it's gonna be garage doors. Floor in room is very old and together with bathroom doesn't look clean and comfortable to walk on. Plates were not clean and everywhere were small flies.

Only 1 shower telo each for 7 days. We requested more but we didn't have any reply.

The bathroom smells really bad and also sometimes you see lizards crawling on the wall. The place needs a better installation

Private room with all you need for a short stay in Miami

It's a self-check-in location which worked great for me as I had a late flight into Miami. The room was wonderful, it had the comforts I needed for my short stay. The shower had strong hot water and shampoo/conditioner are available. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a champ. There is a small fridge and TV. The room is spacious and very private because it is located outside the house, so there's no noise from other guests except if they park or are talking outside.

I arrived past midnight and I couldn't get in for over 40 minutes. Someone else had closed the property gate and when I tried to open it but I couldn't (it slides but I tried in the wrong location). Because the room is inside an adapted garage, and there was a car parked in front, the double doors were not easily visible late at night. I had two other guests helping me find the room and we spent 30 minutes roaming around the house trying to find this room. I recommend getting clearer directions that the room is outside the house (where it looks like a garage) and increasing outdoor lighting for when guests arrive at night. I had a rental car, it isn't easy to park as it is first come-first served. I parked about 1.5 blocks away on the first night. On the second night, I found a closer spot but I did not go out late.
