The breakfast, and the request for advance payment

I love the location which in front of the beach and 2 blocks away where I worked. The room I stayed has beautiful view.

Poor breakfast, don't have tea. towels should be cleaner.

Room was very comfortable; great bed and bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. Secure parking for our motorbike in basement parking. Beef pho was tasty for breakfast. Directly opposite the beach.

Buffet breakfast was advertised until 10am but the restaurant was completely empty when we went at 9:30. Only pho was available. The staff were friendly and the pho was tasty however it was not what was advertised.

Very clean and functional if you need a place to rest your head. Lovely staff. Location in front of beach.

New facilities and nice room given the price.

One of the staff was kinda rude, annoyed, and blamed me for arriving late (I was arriving 2 hour late due to flight delay). Also accused me of not paying beforehand without double-checking whether I paid or not (I did). No apologies given afterward. Except that one staff, others were very nice and friendly.
