The villa is 900m away from the Bol center. The villa has in total 4 bedrooms. The villa is on a property of 2600m2. This charming villa by the sea has a main house and an annex. The main house has 3 bedrooms with queen size tall beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a living area that consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and seating area with sofa and SAT TV. All the rooms are airconditioned. The annex has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, SAT TV, and air-conditioning. The property extends over 2600m2 and is surrounded by a stone wall with lights and a beautiful garden filled with olive trees, vines, and Mediterranean plants. On the south terrace of this dalmatian stone house is a pool (45m2), with waterfall and sundeck chairs, and on the west terrace is a newly added summer kitchen with a grill, seating area, and a sofa for relaxation. Villa Zlatni rat is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is accessible in all of the rooms. Private parking on the property can easily park 4 cars. The villa is suitable for the accommodation of 8 persons. Covid testing in the villa We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests, and takes it for testing. The test result is available within 24 - 48 hours, depending on the client's needs, and delivered to the client by email. Covid cleaning protocol The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday. The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows: • Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa • The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa • Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries • Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C • The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces • The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents • Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds • After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests • Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 - 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%). We think there isn’t a possibility to find a better location in Bol / Zlatni Rat Beach. The house is well designed, has every comfort you need and a bit more…, gives the most privacy, the open sea is a two minutes walk from the house-you can even see the sea from the terrace. Aron and Ines are interesting and very obliging hosts. For us it was a perfect stay-with a wonderful landscape and a lot of sun, despite it was the last week of October.

We had an amazing week at Villa Zlanti Rat. The villa is not as big as we thought it would be but is well equipped for a family of 5. Aron met us on arrival and gave us a very through introduction to the villa and the surrounding area. When we need more hangers, they magically appeared the following day! The location is perfect - just a 2 minute walk to the Beach and the little Dotto train (which takes you into the town centre) stops at the end of the drive. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to return. Thank you!

Villa Zlatni Rat is simply perfect. You literally cannot stay any closer to Zlatni Rat, and with a pool, grill, and ample outdoor seating, there is no shortage of things to do for adults and children. The walk to Bol is about 20 mins and there's numerous playgrounds for children and bars for adults along the way. We will definitely return here, we'll never stay anywhere else in Bol/Zlatni Rat again.
