Ottima location, spazi adatti per un soggiorno in 4.
Alcune dotazioni di base mancanti (caffè, pepe, sale grosso), che secondo il mio punto di vista dovrebbero essere messi a disposizione.
Siamo stati avvisati all’arrivo che la lavatrice non era utilizzabile per un malfunzionamento.

Schöne kleine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Ortigia – top Lage!
5min zum nächsten Stadtstrand, inmitten der zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars.
Nächster kleiner und günstiger Supermarkt (Coop) in ca. 10min.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet.
2 bequeme Doppelbetten, beide Schlafzimmer besitzen eine gute Air Condition.
Freundlicher Empfang, Rezeption ist gleich ums Eck.
Küche ist vorhanden, allerdings nur sehr rudimentär ausgestattet.
Küchen ist zugleich Wohnbereich ohne AC und ohne Balkon.
Tagsüber wurde es ganz schön heiß (August), auch wenn die Fensterläden geschlossen sind.
Dadurch wirkt die Wohnung natürlich eher dunkel und beengt.
Ist aber völlig ok, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen benutzt...
Richtig unangenehm hingegen war die sehr laute Abluftanlage des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss, die direkt an der Hauswand des Apartments nach oben führt, v.a. zum Schlafen

buena ubicación, en sitio tranquilo con terracita, limpio y camas comodas
El ventilador estaba mal conmutado y solo se podia poner si esttaba la luz encendida, pero nos facilitó un ventilador por el problema. De todas formas con el aire acondicionado de la cocina llega perfectamente a las habitaciones.

The staff managing the property were friendly, very helpful, sorted queries, provided good tips on where to eat & visit, and helped resolve access issues to the entrance of the apartment block in 4 days.
The cleaning service was great and the apartment is spacious.
Location is good as close to restaurants and historical sites.
Good Wifi.
Noisy. The apartment next door is being renovated with work commencing at 7am to 3pm daily, worth checking with the managing agents if there are any ongoing or planned renovations in the block when booking.
No outside space to sit as the inner courtyard is used by the groundfloor restaurant.
Opening the entrance courtyard door was an issue, this was reported on day 1 and took over 4 days to resolve. The managing agents reported it to the apartment owners daily.
The sofa/bed needs to be replaced, very worn & not fit for purpose.
