The condo is conveniently located in the heart of PAG. We had to buy toilet paper because there was only 1 roll in the unit for a 10 day stay. Instructions for how to use the television and remotes should be made available in the unit. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was convenient for our needs.

The location is perfect. But it is not a home, but a motel room. Very small. I called the manager about the tv not working and he never called back to inquire. Also only one roll of toilet paper which ran out.

You cannot beat the location. The room is small, no storage, we had to live out of our suitcases and share a queen size bed (girls trip) but it was all that was available. The mattress was really firm and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable . The only extra blanket was balled up on a shelf as if it never got washed after the last use. They provide very little, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bath towels per person, 3 rolls of paper towels and a dish cloth and kitchen towel. Some pots and pans, dollar store dishes and utensils, nothing fancy.
The best sunsets right out front at the beach and the upstairs balcony gives and excellent view. There were grills so we grilled out a couple nights and a pay laundry so we didn’t have to travel home with smelly bathing suits from the ocean water. Location, location, location!!!!

What a great place to stay. Everyone staying in the other units were very friendly as were the locals. Parking was a bit challenging but you could walk to many bars and restaurants in the area or get a ride from the Freebee ride service. Very close to the beach with spectacular sunsets.

My daughter and I enjoyed this great spot for our vacation. It was a couple steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We cooked some meals in and enjoyed eating upstairs on the balcony and watching the sunset. We look forward to returning.

Great location and Unit was very clean, stove was rusty did not use. Unfortunately shared balcony was closed due to construction (would have been nice to know before) communication with contact person ok except when asked about water having to to be shut off for short period 2 different days never received response, I learned this info from other guests staying at the complex. Overall would be a nice place to stay when construction is finished. I was told hopefully by May construction would be finished.

Overall, it was an OK room, but the facility wasn't up to what we have come to expect from VRBO and there was constant daily construction (Very noisy) as it appears that the front entry (Completely supported by bracing and jack systems) made entry & exit challenging and they started banging and hammering every morning at exactly 8am. We finally decided to depart a day early and stayed at another hotel to get better rest and overall better experience.

Great location. This property is across the street to the beach and the building is connected to an ice cream shop and restaurant. I see myself staying at this location again. Best to book directly through VRBO.

The place was nice the neighborhood perfect there are no safe in the room forgot my wallet when I checked out came back 15 minutes later my wallet with my IDs and credit cards was gone call sheriff's good luck I had to stay 3 hours and phone cancel all my credit cards get a police report to get to the airport to get the plane manager came but still the issue was not resolved please make sure you pick up your personal items because after you leave they're gone and nobody is responsible

Very disappointed
The manager of the property wasn't very helpful to us at all. We called him the first night there and he sent it to voice-mail. I then sent him a message letting him know our door wouldn't lock with the code they gave us. He explains to us that its probably because of the humidity down there. So what we just have to leave our door unlocked and our belongings unsafe because of the humidity. Then we couldn't get the cable to work most of the time we were in the room so we reached out to him about it and he just spoke to me like I was stupid. The stove they had in the room was disgusting it was very rusted out and it had looked like they tried covering the rust spots with foil paper. The parking is awful to you may have to park blocks away from your room because its parking for the beach as well. So the one night we had to park 2 blocks away and carry all of our stuff back to the room. You would think they would have a broom/dustpan in the room being on the beach but no chance. Oh and if you go there to stay make sure you bring your own toilet paper they only leave you exactly 1 roll.

It is a great location in “downtown “ Pass a Grille. The room photos are not accurate. It was clean. But the bathroom seems to be under rehab with some bare wallboard— not tiled or painted and a hole on the ceiling and wall near the bathroom sink. Little stove is quite old. Subpar dishes and pots. No dishwashing detergent. No chair to sit on to relax. Bedding did not include a mattress pad. Ick. Be aware that this studio apt is dark. If you can’t be outside this is not a place you would want to spend too much time inside.

The shower was so small, my 6'2 husband couldn't use it, and I had to get out of the shower to bend down to shave my legs!

I would not even take a shower without my flip flops on or use the bathroom sink at all. All bathroom faucets leaked and were not clean. Smoke detector was laying on a shelf with no batteries. Kitchen sink kept shutting off when you turned it on. No kitchen towels. Skillet had grease and food on it and was put away like that! Only had one fork. Mold under the kitchen sink where the dish drainer was. Mouse feces in the silverware drawer. Mirror in bathroom not clean. Paint drippings on floor that looked like dirt from where they painted the grout between the tiles. No broom or any way to sweep. Rust spots on the inside of the microwave. Not clean around the stove burners. 2 light bulbs burned out. Murphy bed would not stay up. Didn't think there was a top sheet on the bed because it was completely tucked under with the fitted sheet so I bought my own sheets to put on it. I would never recommend staying in this unit. It was very nasty. Evolve refunded all of my cleaning fee and 10% of the fee for staying there. They told me to get ahold of VRBO to let them know and I cannot figure any way of getting a hold of them besides leaving this review.

Couldn’t even have a conversation without losing signal. Water worked half the time. No dishwashing liquid nor bath gel. Cleaning crew tried to enter our room at 9:10 when checkout was 10:00 am!!!! Not very relaxing!!!
