Newly renovated property
Considering the price you pay:
- Staff could be friendlier
- Grounds could be in better shape (all brown grass)
- Breakfast should be better and have far more choice
- Wellness area should be bigger and more separated

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The facilities were excellent and the whole hotel had a luxurious but relaxed feel. We stayed for my son’s birthday and it felt like a really special treat.
Nothing significant. We only stayed for two nights and genuinely wished we had booked for longer.

Food, facilities, design and cleanliness were all at a luxury standard. Valet was very helpful and was probably best staff encounter out of everyone.
I called ahead to arrange an early check-in as we were travelling with a baby, and was assured a room unoccupied the previous night would be ready on arrival. It wasn't, we waited 20 minutes and the cot we'd requested wasn't in the room either and had to wait over an hour to get it.
