Very beautiful tasteful small hotel with nice room, spacious bathroom and wonderful terrace
We primarily booked the hotel because of the breakfast and restaurant they advertised on the website ( booking) but apparently the restaurant has been closed for years and they only serve a very modest basic breakfast buffet and one has to find other local food restaurants for dinner in the surroundings

The beds were super comfortable and the room clean and spacious. Staff couldn’t be more helpful in directing us to footpaths and ordering taxis
Breakfast was limited, bread was unexciting and the only hot food was boiled eggs.

The hotel is a beautiful old building and in a great location near the bus stop. Choice of restaurants and cafes even in January.

Old world charm. Beautiful building
The 15 litre hot water tank which meant only one person could have a hot shower. The foul drainage was not vented properly so there was a constant bad smell in the bathroom despite the open windows. A varied menu for breakfast with more choices. Top sun terrace out of bounds
It was an expensive hotel so these basic issues should have been addressed
$$$$
