Summary: LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests on a sofa bed. The TV is located in the living room. See bed count below. - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. AMENITIES: The property has a common rooftop pool (39'x14'). The beach is also just one block away. Each apartment is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary detergent. PARKING: On-site parking is not available at this property, although there are several parking garages within a few blocks. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 444 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: South of Fifth Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Elevator: There is not an elevator at this property. Residences are located on floors 1-3 of the building, and guests may have to climb stairs. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the property. Convenient to have the kitchen, living area and laundry in unit, and to be just one block from the beach.Alex, the property manager was extremely helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to freshen up the bathroom and it could be cleaned a bit better.

Love this property! This was my second time booking Sextant. it's very clean, safe, dependable and a great location. There's a market across the street, Whole Foods is pretty close, Walgreens is also 1.5 blocks away. Everything you need is local 😍. Will be back soon!

Sextant Stays does an amazing job of making your stay a seamless experience. Simple, no hassle self check-in. Great value for location, and willing to go above and beyond for premium level service. When they asked multiple times if anything wasn't up to my liking I almost felt the need to think of something - so I mentioned “yeah I was surprised there wasn't a chair” and within 10 minutes there was a chair outside my door. Will definitely return and visit other Sextant Stays locations
