When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests on a sofa bed. The TV is located in the living room. See bed count below. - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. AMENITIES: The property has a common rooftop pool (39'x14'). The beach is also just one block away. Each apartment is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary detergent. PARKING: On-site parking is not available at this property, although there are several parking garages within a few blocks. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 444 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: South of Fifth Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Elevator: There is not an elevator at this property. Residences are located on floors 1-3 of the building, and guests may have to climb stairs. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

The property is located in a good part of South Beach, difficult and overly laborious check in, we lost 2 hours before we were able to enter the room. The room had dirty walls and filthy drapes, very little cookware/plates/cups and glasses, no microwave or toaster and inexistent coffe maker of any type. For some reason there was a washer/drier in the microscopic kitchen. The bedroom had the decor of a laundry/utility room; instead of a wardrobe or armoire there was a pipe from the ceiling with hangers, For some reason the ironing board and iron had a. central importance because they were hug on the wall in front of the bed. The bathroom shower system was broken and it took a PhD. In plumbing to make it work, no cabinets to put down toiletries.

Amazing, comfortable and convenient stay! The property is beautiful. Everything was clean, and accommodating. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again the future. (I also lost left my tumbler behind after check out, and the stay was very generous in helping me get it back.)

The Sextant at 250 Collins Ave was an overall great stay! The virtual check-in/check-out process was super easy and convenient. It's only a one block walk to the beach and steps away from the 150 Miami Beach Airport Express bus route and the free trolley route. There's a small convenience store directly across the street and The Big Pink restaurant is on the corner. Great amenities with a full kitchen and refrigerator.
