Absolutely love this property. The setting is beautiful and conveniently located to Denison. The home is spacious and very nicely decorated. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We highly recommend the Broadway Guest House.

Wonderful two bedroom guesthouse just a short stroll from the main street of Granville and Denison University. Beautiful setting, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and easy check in/check out process. Looking forward to another visit soon!

The property was perfect. Will definitely rent again. There was a communications breakdown at check in but I feel it was on vrbo side not host
