Floor was wet due to AC and my spouse fell down while going to wash room.
Floor becoming wet near wah room when AC is on. They alloted room no 202 first then another person interfered and alloted this room 310. A fat guy, I don't know why he changed this to 310 from 202. We stayed at 310 and this problem was there. No complementary breakfast. It's paid breakfast. Usually all hotels give complementary breakfast.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is within an 8–10 minute walking distance from the temple, which makes it reasonably convenient for a short stay.
The overall experience did not match the price paid. Check-in was disorganised, with mixed communication about the availability of an interconnecting room despite requesting it in advance and being initially told it was available.
The staff attitude at the front desk felt rude and impatient (one lady in particular others were ok) especially during payment and ID verification. While ID for all guests is understandable, the way it was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant.
The hotel is located right on a busy road, and there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night due to poor sound insulation. Overall, better communication, hospitality, and noise control are needed.
