I had requested a hair dryer, but unfortunately, it was never provided. Also, while checking out, I asked for assistance with my luggage, but no one came to help. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest requests.

The breakfast is limited and fine for the day but would have preferred a better spread for the cost paid towards the rooms. The dinner and lunch options are limited as well since South Indian options are limited as well. So overall food is average but the rest were ok.
Food, rooms were fine but it looked like it was an old building renovated but still there are areas where renovation has been ignored. The lifts smell like it is hardly used. We had to go out for dinner since the options were not enough and the breakfast options were less which did not justify the price paid.

Neat and very well maintained rooms.
The swimming pool was under maintenance and it was not mentioned while booking. The restaurant had very limited menu options.
