Property is good . Neat and clean. Near to Vadakanathan temple
U have to call housekeeping for tea bags, water , towels etc. even for cleaning . Once informed the action is fast from their side

the staff were cordial. their manager was also very cordial.
Had lunch at their restaurant but the place didnt have much to offer maybe because the time was 3pm. But the staff mentioned that they had some football team housed and hence the food got over. Dont know what to say of that.
The bar had no proper drinks- maybe one large of this and a large of that. Had to settle for some unheard brandy! No nuts or chips or anything is given as complementary with the drink which was again very disappointing. EVEN WORSE - THE AC was not working! It was a sweat show through out and although we ordered dinner- we asked this to be served to our room due to this lack of ac or ventilation and complete heat and sweating in the bar. The Bar was not clean, had lot of plastic covers and tissue paper on the floor. And the person managing at the Bar counter kept repeating this was not his job but he was doubling up due to someone else's absence. Not sure if this is the kind of service we were looking for.
