The room was a good size and had lots of great features such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as well as tea and coffee station. It also included possibly the strongest shower I've ever experienced in a hotel room :) It's based in a housing estate with the adjoining pub pretty handy.

Great room very close to where I needed to be the next day. Comfortable bed, great shower, nice and quiet. I was running very late because of train cancellations and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and reassuring when I called to let them know I'd be checking in late.

The room was ok
No cold water in the bathroom tap
Wasn’t told about the chef being on holiday so couldn’t get breakfast in the morning
Pillows weren’t very comfortable and duvet was too thick for end of summer
