Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Some of the fixings and furnishings were a bit old and tired.

Booked 3 rooms. Paid almost £300 in advance. Due to finishing our work early some of the staff headed home instead of staying overnight. Therefore only required one room. Not having a moan at that. However it took a while to check in. I even asked for a glass of lemonade as it was very hot waiting and was charged £3.75 (no ice) to which I saw the waiter pouring from a bottle which can be purchased at Tesco for £1.49. Just thought that as we were not needing the 2 other rooms a drink when I was waiting could have been complimentary. Obviously not. It was warm. Also when the staff member took me to my room he had to return 3times as the key didn't work. The room was OK, but I would never stay there with a partner. It's basic at best and the TV did not work. The water provided again wa lukewarm. It's dated to say the least but you get what you pay for.
