The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room PARKING: If you are travelling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices provided at time of parking, free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1000 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. We were in NOLA for a vacation, chose this for location and value. Two big complaints: lukewarm showers and zero responsiveness to our complaints about it. Kitchen was missing working salt and pepper shakers but we got no response to getting new ones. Liked the building and the workout room. But will not stay here again.

Beds are super comfy. Apartment is very modern and nice. The pictures online are accurate except for the space. It looks bigger in the pictures. Overall great stay with just a few annoyances. Rotten smell outside the front door of the complex. The place doesn't have many restaurants or any grocery stores right near by however not a far walk or Uber drive to all the action. The staff was super attentive though. I mentioned there was no coffee in the unit and they quickly had someone bring us a bag of coffee. Would stay again!

This is a best of both worlds place to stay! We enjoyed the French Quarter, went to a Saints game and explored other parts of the city. We normally stay in the Quarter but decided to try something different this time. We couldn't have been happier. Even though the Lola is just a few minutes from the action, it was so quiet and relaxing to come "home" to. We enjoyed Nola more than ever since we were able to spread out and properly recharge after each busy day. The place was immaculate and perfectly decorated. It had a fully stocked kitchen and ample bathroom towels, shampoo and body wash. The staff was fabulous. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!
