An Exceptional Family Stay — Where Genuine Hospitality Stands Out ❤️
We recently stayed at Element Al Jaddaf by Marriott from 20th to 24th August with our family to celebrate our son’s birthday, and what could have simply been a hotel stay turned into a truly memorable experience because of the wonderful people who looked after us.
We had booked a two-bedroom apartment with a bathtub, especially for our son. Unfortunately, our initial room did not have one. While this was disappointing, Mr. Alom handled the situation with such warmth, patience and genuine care. He guided us through the process and ensured that we were moved to another apartment with a bathtub. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Camelia from Front Office, who personally followed up with us and made sure everything was comfortable. Mr. Rayan also checked on us the following morning with a warm smile, which showed us that our comfort genuinely mattered.
We also experienced a minor issue with the Muslim shower and a small water leak. The Engineering team member who attended room 1212 responded promptly and resolved everything professionally. Unfortunately, we did not get his name, but we sincerely hope the team can recognise his efforts.
Mr. Alberto deserves a very special mention. His thoughtful attention to the little things — ensuring we had enough coffee, tea, water and essentials each day — made us feel genuinely cared for. It was a simple gesture, but one that meant a great deal to us.
And then there was Mr. Krishna, who went above and beyond for our son’s birthday. His beautiful towel decoration was creative and thoughtful, and returning from dinner to find fruit platters and a birthday cake waiting for our son was such a wonderful surprise. 🎂❤️
We would also like to thank Ms. Rhea, who welcomed us warmly every morning at breakfast.
And, of course, our three-year-old daughter’s favourite person — her “Nutella Sweet Man”!

The staff were amazing. The decor of the hotel lobby and rooms was very aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were very spacious and equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The hotel was very clean.
