Ottima posizione vicino alla fermata.della metropolitana, staff professionale e gentile, colazione ottima e curata, stanza pulita e ampia il giusto per tre persone, letti comodi, splendida piscina sul tetto con vista sulla città, ottima permanenza! Lo consiglio.

Fab stay

STAFF - helpful and friendly. Any requests made during the stay were always dealt with quickly and smoothly, helped us with taxis. Marlon helped us with our bags to our rooms and gave us an idea of what to do in Dubai... Offered to help us with bookings to desert safari etc..gave us an idea on how to plan the week which was helpful. The housekeeping did a fabulous job at cleaning our rooms. The staff looking after breakfast was quick and efficient too..the breakfast was lovely and had options for everyone. FACILITIES The beds were comfy, too.. We had a good night's sleep. The view from the pool was beautiful. And the view from our room was beautiful... I love the big windows.... A plug point near the mirror or a mirror near the plugpoints to use hair straightner would be handy....but I'm sure if I had asked the staff...they would've sorted it for us... So thank you, FORM hotel staff, for making my mums birthday week a fab one.

Расположение и завтраки просто супер!!!

Завтраки и расположение!!! Завтраки это визитная карточка этого отеля - разнообразные и вкусные. Всегда фрэш апельсиновый и другой пакетированный сок. Свежие ананасы, много сортов дыни, целые яблоки, грейпфрукты. Про завтрак можно писать много, он превзошел все ожидания!!! Второй огромный плюс отеля - расположение. Да, не центр, но вышел и сразу метро, очень удобно, предконечная остановка, всегда мало людей.

Не то, чтобы не понравилась, но немного дискомфорт - туалет, душ и раковина для умывания все отдельно. Для одного человека или пары супер, а вот для 3 взрослых людей немного дискомфортно. На полу нет ковра. Может он и не нужен, но также нет тапочек. Ходить босиком холодно. Вообще из гигиенических принадлежностей мало что есть - ни лосьона для тела, ни зуб.щетки с пастой. Но в целом номер хороший, новый, чистый.

perfect if you’re looking to soak up some art culture parks and dubai beyond just downtown and marina

I loved the hotel’s location - so close to the metro station, which we used to go to old Dubai and Dubai mall. We were also close to the lovely Dubai Creek Park, Children’s City and Al Jameel Arts Centre. The breakfast was good, and the staff was warm and helpful - the folks at the front desk, as well as Marlon, Dennis, Moen, Manoj, Nasser and Noel.

From the cleanliness to the facilities and friendliness of the staff, good food, everything was great, we will recommend the hotel to everyone, especially the perfect location for access to Downtown.

All in all, it was a very positive experience staying there. I will go again at a blink of an Eye.

The stuff was excellent and approachable. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with our environment, they could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and we appreciated.

We love the swimming pool, the gym, the breakfast, the environment and atmosphere was relaxing.

You get what you pay for the room.

Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has a lot of options.

Very good value for the money you pay!

The hotel is located literally one corner away from Al Jadaf Metro station which you can access easily almost anywhere in Dubai. ( Burj Khalifa Area, Dubai Marina, Gold Souk). The Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they are 24/7 there to help. I would like to point out the Guy who works at the roof in pool area. He is one of the best employee i’ve ever meet in my life. He helped me in a lot of things, gave me tips and directions all the time. The breakfast is also very good, lot of variety. The room was very clean and everything was like we expected in the photos. The Hotel has a nearby ATM, 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 supermarket close. The rooftop are with the pool has a beatiful view, you can see the Burj Khalifa and when to sun goes down the pool is lighted and the view is just amazing. They provide free water at reception and they also have an option to store and weight your luggage. They also have a smoking area , nice terrace next to the lobby which was very good as im a smoker.

The only negative thing i can say that the Pool time is 8pm and after you can not do much at the Hotel. It would be nice if they had some Billiard, ping pong or any activity to do.

they didnt have any shoe polish, the bathroom lock broke, no body picks call after 12am and when you ask for room service from reception they give all things in hand even seeing that you are already carrying the luggage with you.

Good value for money

Very good breakfast and very close to the metro station . The staff put two bottles of water and a pack of coffee the first two days.

Our room has been cleaned the first two days only. These two days we also had water in the room. No more cleaning and no water was provided the following five days (7days spent in the hotel). Nobody even entered to remove the bin and add some toilet paper.

Great week :-)

It was a great week stay in this hotel. Big advantige is a metro station just at the hotel. It was clean, breakfasts were delicious, personal was very nice and helpful. We could stay after our check out at pool. We also used the free transit to beach. We would come again :-)

Best price/quality hotel i've been to.

Hotel was really clean and modern, staff was amazing and helpful, especially guy working at pool! Breakfast was great and was different every day, which i appreciate a lot! Pool was warm, gym was open 24/7, and for the price, there's not a lot of places that have all of these.

Location is far away from city centre and JBR beach, but luckily metro station is literally 1min walk from the hotel, but it still takes 35-40mins to Dubai mall and 1+h to the beach.

Lavishing

Our stay was amazing. We woke up to a nice view, and an amazing stomach-filling breakfast, the staff was friendly, sincere, and helpful. The room was clean, equip, and cozy. The outdoor swimming pool was just heaven on earth. The gym itself had all the instruments that were supposed to be needed for a gym to exercise. The location was also great, only 2-3 minute walk to the Al Jadaf metro station where you could easily transfer yourself easily to the wanted location. (I didn't rate the parking lot, cuz we didn't have a car or a rented one.)

2th time we stayed here. Very nice hotel close to the metro! which was very interesting. Good beds and very clean. Great value ... Nice hotel. Recommend it.

NO SWIMMINGPOOL FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD DUE TO THE NEW LAW IN DUBAI... Very dissapointing.
